Public Health Nursing

The 0-19/25 Public Health Nursing service brings together Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (Health Visitors and School Nurses), who are supported by Public Health Nurses and Public Health Assistant Practitioners, to offer a seamless family centred service to all children and young people, who either live in Bolton, or who attend formal education in Bolton.
