How we meet your needs

The 0-19 Public health nursing service works with the whole family to identify health needs and to promote healthy lifestyles and will then work in conjunction with local partner agencies, including local voluntary agencies, to develop a tailored package of care, keeping the needs of the child/young person at the centre of any interventions.

There are nine community based teams covering a defined geographical area, some are based in health centres and some within the local Startwell centres.

To access your local Public Health Nursing team, please contact the admin hub on 01204 462325, who will be able to provide contact information for your local team.
