The CareFind website connects you with care homes that have availability and can provide you with the care you need - https://www.carefind.com/

The detailed search facility enables the care seeker to ensure care is available, knowing it's accessible and what key services and transport links are nearby. Detailed care provider profiles set out the types of care, key facilities and activities to help ensure you find the care that best meets the need of the care seeker.

It is recommended that you contact the care home that you may be interested in and speak to the homeowner or manager directly. Prices charged to residents who fund themselves may differ to those funded by Bolton Council, you will need to confirm with the homeowner or manager the exact price for the kind of placement you are looking for.

 

For all placements funded by Bolton Council you will need to confirm with the homeowner or manager the exact price (in consultation with Bolton Council). You will need to ask if a top up fee is required when choosing a care home.

On the following pages, the column on the right “Placements accepted at the Local Authority rate” shows if the home accepts placements at the Bolton care home fee rate. It also shows if top ups are required on some or all placements at the care home.
