How to make a complaint

If you’ve already reported a problem and are still unhappy, you can make a complaint.

When you do, you can expect us to:

  • Treat you fairly, honestly, and with respect
  • Take your concerns seriously
  • Keep you updated on progress
  • Act to put things right where possible
  • Respond within set timescales
  • Use clear, plain English
  • Work to resolve things quickly and simply

Some issues have their own specific legal processes and cannot be investigated under our complaints procedure. If you have any of the following issues please check the webpages below for details of how to proceed.

If your issue does not fall into any of the above categories please use our complaint form to submit your complaint. If you're unhappy about how a service has been delivered you can still make a complaint even if you agree with the final decision.
