You can use Generative AI to help write your complaint. However, AI generated content can sometimes include details which are inaccurate, unclear, or irrelevant.
We understand your concerns best when they’re explained clearly and in your own words. If you do use AI, please make sure the information is accurate, relevant, and concise.
If AI content makes your complaint unclear, we may decide which details to include in our investigation.
Please make sure your review any AI generated complaints before submission to ensure that they include all of the relevant details.
Need help?
You can ask someone to represent you. Complaints sent via councillors, MPs, or senior officers will still be handled through our complaints process.
