If you believe the council has not acted in accordance with the principles of the GDPR in handling personal dat please email information.security@bolton.gov.uk with the following information, to enable the Information Governance Team to investigate.

- Details of the incident. (Please provide as much information as possible about what has happened to your data, if you have the name of a council officer/s or service please include this information to assist us in investigating the incident)
