HMO Register
It is a legal requirement for us to keep a public register, which contains details relating to licensable homes in multiple occupation (HMOs).
There is a £31.21 charge to obtain a copy of the HMO register. All requests will be sent in printed format to the designated postal address. Please contact housingstandards@bolton.gov.uk on how to arrange payment for the fee.
