The country that Bolton is hosting in the RLWC2021 is to be announced on June 10.

The announcement, which heralds 500 Days to go to the start of the RLWC2021 will confirm the team training base and host country for Bolton, plus the new RLWC2021 tournament branding.

Bolton is hosting two matches at the University of Bolton Stadium in the Rugby League World Cup in Autumn 2021, including an England group game and a Men’s Quarter Final Match.

The tournament schedule will then be announced in July with ticket pricing and pre-sale activity in August and September with tickets on sale to the public in October.

It’s a huge opportunity to showcase the best of Bolton internationally and how all our business organisations and local communities are amazing and are coming together to take the game to its heart.

Bolton Council and the RLWC2021 are planning a series of activities to engage with the community and to celebrate on June 10.

Keep an eye to our social media and enjoy the activities, including in our libraries and museum.
