Proud hosts to the Rugby League World Cup 2021

There’s less than 500 days to go to the start of the Rugby League World Cup and we’re so excited we’re counting down the days, minutes and seconds.

It is only until the tournament begins!

The RLWC2021 promises to be an amazing spectacle of sport, bringing together the giants of the game and their charismatic supporters to England which will help light up Bolton and the rest of the world.

The University of Bolton Stadium is hosting two Rugby League World Cup 2021 games, a significant England game and a Quarter Final.

Bolton will also be home to the French National team during the competition and will use our town as their training base.  We will be cheering them and their supporters hopefully all the way to the final with England!

The tournament promisers to be the biggest and best yet, and we are helping to deliver an event that will showcase Bolton across the rest of the world.

We owe a huge thank you to our partners and all those who supported our campaign to secure our involvement in the games, and for the RLWC2021 for putting their faith in Bolton.
