Food lovers are in for a treat as Bolton Food and Drink Festival returns with hundreds of traders offering an incredible range of food, drink, artisan products and gifts from across the globe.

Festival-goers will be able to sample flavours from every corner of the world, from authentic Greek gyros, Turkish shawarma and Thai street food to Portuguese pastries, Italian pasta, Caribbean dishes and Indian curries.

Traders including Greek Street Food by the Malaka Brothers, Istanbul’s Kitchen, Thai 2 Go, Happy Dumpling 365 and Dobra Kitchen are among those set to bring international flavours to Bolton town centre.

Bolton Food and Drink Festival offers something for every taste and budget.

Visitors with a sweet tooth will also find plenty to enjoy, with festival favourites including Fifi's Cheesecakes, Nutella House, Choc-O-Licious, Love Crepes, Pit Stop Donut King and several artisan fudge makers.

The festival will also showcase a wealth of independent food producers, offering everything from locally produced honey and handmade cheeses to artisan breads, specialist sauces and gourmet preserves. Among the traders taking part are Bright Meadows Honey, Great British Cheese Co, Handcrafted Bread Co, Wiltshire Chilli Farm and Heritage Kitchen.

Those looking to raise a glass can explore a wide selection of drinks traders, including Northern Shakers, Salford Rum Company, Mountain Mead, Coole Swan and Retro Shots.

Beyond the food and drink, visitors can browse unique gifts, jewellery and handmade crafts from traders such as Daisy Louise Jewellery, Grace Alexandra Jewellery, Karousell Bags and Ruslyn Wood Creations.

The Arts Circle also returns on Le Mans Crescent with their impressive art exhibition and sale.

Cllr Debbie Newall, Bolton Council’s Executive Cabinet Member for Culture, said:  

“With hundreds of stalls lining the streets of the town centre, Bolton Food and Drink Festival offers something for every taste and budget, so come along and bring the family for a fantastic day out”.

The trader line-up continues to be finalised ahead of the event, with additional stalls and attractions still to be confirmed.

Taking place from 28 to 31 August, the Bolton Food and Drink Festival, sponsored by Peel Land, is widely regarded as one of the biggest and best events of its kind in the UK, offering a colourful mix of food, drink, entertainment and family-friendly activities.
