Local voluntary groups and organisations may apply for a Town Council grant towards the cost of items of equipment, or an event which will benefit residents of Westhoughton. The maximum amount of grant funding which will be awarded is £500 but this may be increased in very exceptional circumstances, such as an event which will benefit a large area of Westhoughton or many residents.
