Our dedicated team of catering professionals use fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients to create delicious balanced meals for your children. Our aim is to produce healthy and nutritious meals with menus which positively influence the food choices of our young customers, always considering where the food we put on our plates comes from and how it was produced.

Our Food Values

  • We offer a range of different menus to cater to children’s dietary needs. This includes gluten free, dairy free, vegan and halal menus.
  • Over 75% of meals are freshly prepared on site using unprocessed ingredients. This supports our belief that children should have access to high quality food.
  • All our menus comply with the School Food Standards.
  • Our Standard menus hold the Bronze Food for Life Served here accreditation.
  • We are committed to sourcing our food sustainably.
  • We are committed to only buy from growers, producers and wholesalers who maintain a safe and reliable and fully traceable supply chain.
  • We use Lion Quality Free Range Eggs.
  • We use seasonal British Vegetables.
  • Our standard menu use British Farm assured Meat and Poultry that is red Tractor accredited.
  • We ensure that all our fish is MSC Accredited.
  • We make sure that we avoid using GM (genetically modified) foods and specified E Numbers, colourings, preservatives, additives, and allergens.

Our Suppliers

We use fresh and, where possible, seasonal vegetables in all of our menus. Most of our food comes from local suppliers. It is important to us that our suppliers have commitments to sustainability that work in line with our targets.

Our Teams

We employ over 400 enthusiastic and dedicated staff, whom we train and develop so they can offer inspirational food and service. All our food service staff are trained in:
