The Mayor of Bolton, Cllr Linda Thomas is delighted to be hosting the annual Mayor of Bolton Christmas Fair in The Albert Halls from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, November 27.

There will be a wealth of stalls offering a variety of crafts and gifts, as well as refreshments and tabletop games.

The stalls will be run by 30 charities and community groups, a great opportunity for people to pick up some traditional Christmas gifts while supporting local good causes.

Musical entertainment will be provided by Kearsley Youth Brass Band, who will be playing a number of festive favourites.

There will also be a tombola to raise money for the Mayor’s charities: Fortalice, BACKUP Northwest, Urban Outreach, Halliwell Befriending Services and The Octagon Theatre.

The Mayor of Bolton, Cllr Thomas said: “As Mayor, the Christmas Fair is an opportunity to give something back to all the incredible charities who do so much to support Bolton.

“These amazing charities have supported our communities over the last 12 months, and it is now our turn to support them and raise some much-needed funds.

“This is a lovely, family event with lots to see and do and I look forward to meeting everyone who attends on the day.”

Refreshments will also be available on the day.

Admission is 50p per adult and free for children.
