Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the quickest and easiest way to pay your invoice.
For invoices that are allowed instalments, there are 2 monthly dates when you can pay:
- 10th of the month
- 25th of the month

Online Payments
You will need:
- your invoice number(s)
- your credit or debit card details
There is a minimum transaction amount of £5.
Telephone payments
You can call our 24-hour automated payment line on 03004 560642.
Alternatively you can pay via our call centre on 01204 331634 (Monday to Friday - 8am to 6pm).
To pay you will need:

- your credit or debit card details
There is a minimum transaction amount of £5. If either of these services are unavailable, you can speak to us between 9am and 5pm on 01204 331593.
