0-19 Health and Wellbeing Service

We are part of Bolton NHS Foundation Trust and deliver services to support the health and wellbeing of expectant parents and families with babies, children and young people aged 0-19 (up to age 25 for those with special educational needs).

Our service comprises of Public Health Nursing (Health Visitors, School Nurses, Nursery Nurses), the Immunisation Team, Enhancing Families, Healthy Families, Early Years Communication and Language Development Service and Adolescent Health Services.

Birth registration in Bolton

You must make an appointment to register your baby's birth within 42 days, in the town or city where your baby was born.

For babies born in Bolton, a registration appointment can be made by calling 01204 331185. Unfortunately, the online booking system is unavailable at the moment.

Coming soon - Baby Budgeting (and Beyond!)

Delivered by Bolton's Money Skills Service at your local family hub. A one hour information session planned for parents of children aged 0 - 12 months, and expectant parents welcome. Covering topics such as budgeting, making your money go further, saving tips, and money saving new parent hacks. Children are welcome to attend.
