Holding your outdoor event in Bolton

1. All outdoor events whether large or small scale proposed for Bolton Council land will require permission. 
2. Review the event organisation checklist and read through all information and guidance given on this webpage including the section on event licensing and insurance ensuring you fully understand your legal obligations as the event organiser.
3. Ensure your proposed event date is within the timescales given for both small and large scale events.
4. Please do not set the date or advertise your event before you have received confirmation.
5. If you are considering borrowing some of our event infrastructure items for your event please ensure you read the 'event infrastructure' section before submitting your interest.  If your event may be reliant on using the event infrastructure please contact us with your proposed event date and item requirements before submitting your interest.
