Renowned chef, broadcaster and Mowgli Street Food founder, Nisha Katona, is set to bring her trademark passion for flavour-packed food to Bolton Food and Drink Festival 2026.
Food lovers will have the chance to see Nisha in action during demonstrations at 11am and 3pm on Monday 31 August in The Festival Hall at the Albert Halls, where she will share culinary tips, inspiring recipes and stories from her journey as one of the UK's best-loved food personalities.
The afternoon session will also include a glass of fizz to help celebrate the festival's twenty-first birthday.
Celebrated for introducing the vibrant flavours of Indian street food to audiences across the country through her award-winning Mowgli Street Food restaurants, Nisha has become a familiar face on television and a leading voice in modern British food culture.
Festivalgoers can expect an engaging and entertaining experience as Nisha showcases dishes inspired by her love of bold flavours and simple home cooking, offering plenty of inspiration for knowledgeable foodies and enthusiastic home cooks alike.
The demonstrations form part of a packed programme of celebrity chef appearances and special events taking place across the August Bank Holiday weekend.
Tickets for the 11am demonstration are priced at £22.40, while tickets for the 3pm demonstration, which includes a celebratory glass of fizz, are £27.40.
Both events will take place in The Festival Hall at the Albert Halls, and they’ll be the chance to purchase Nisha’s book and have it signed.
