Celebrity chef Marco Pierre White is set to return to the Bolton Food and Drink Festival, bringing world-class culinary expertise to this year’s much-anticipated event.
The renowned chef will appear at the festival as part of its packed programme of special events, with opportunities for visitors to see one of the UK’s most celebrated chefs in action.
Festivalgoers can expect an unforgettable experience, with Marco set to host two special events where he will showcase his skills and share his passion for food.
Lunch with Marco Pierre White and Michael Caines MBE
Join Marco at The Albert bar within the Albert Halls on Saturday 29 August 1pm – 3pm for a very special lunch alongside acclaimed TV chef and hotelier Michael Caines MBE.
Both former Michelin star holders will be in the room, sharing their inspiration and techniques as guests enjoy a specially curated seasonal three-course menu.
This is a rare opportunity to hear from two highly celebrated chefs while enjoying exceptional food, inspired by the chefs themselves!
The experience includes a live Q&A where you can ask Marco and Michael those burning questions, as well as chance to take a photo with the pair.

Marco Pierre White cookery demonstration
On Monday 31 August 1pm – 2pm Marco will be at the Albert Halls for an exclusive live cookery demonstration. He will showcase his signature culinary skills, sharing delicious recipes alongside expert techniques and tips.

Marco Pierre White’s appearance adds to an already impressive line-up of culinary talent, including celebrity chef James Martin who will be doing his infamous cooking demonstrations on the Saturday.
