Local firm Seddon will put Bolton centre stage during the country’s largest conference for investors and developers.
The UK's Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) is held every year in Leeds and attracts some of the biggest names in urban regeneration.
Bolton-based Seddon will be among the industry-leading construction firms in attendance, alongside more than 15,000 delegates from across the sector.
As a proud local business, Seddon has opted to design this year’s exhibition stand using the new place brand for Bolton.
Launched earlier this year, Brand Bolton celebrates how the borough is “Born to Perform” by achieving success in all walks of life.
It was developed in collaboration with residents, organisations and companies, and enables everyone to speak in one voice when championing Bolton’s economic achievements, thriving businesses, strong community networks, sporting prowess, outstanding cultural assets and everything else it has to offer.
The UKREiiF stand is part of Seddon’s wider role as We Are Bolton Ambassadors a large network of people and organisations from across the borough working to promote Bolton as the ideal place to live, work, study, visit and invest.
Peter Jackson, Managing Director of Housing Partnerships at Seddon, said:
"As a proud local business, we're thrilled to help shine a spotlight on our hometown at this year’s UKREiiF.
“With many of our team members living in Bolton, we're actively involved in a range of projects across the town — from boosting economic and business growth to enhancing housing and creating much-needed school places for the community.
“As a We Are Bolton ambassador, it’s an honour to support Brand Bolton at the UK’s premier property and development conference.
“We’re especially excited to see the 'Born to Perform' message brought to life."
Bolton Council Leader, Cllr Nick Peel, said:
“Bolton is Born to Perform, whether that’s on the stage of our famous theatres or when it comes to the ongoing regeneration and transformation of our town centre.
“Initiatives like the new Brand Bolton are a key part of these efforts, creating a renewed sense of excitement and confidence in the borough that will attract further investment.
“As a local business with a strong sense of community, I want to thank Seddon for promoting Brand Bolton at UKREiiF and giving us a platform to promote major regeneration opportunities like Crompton Place.”
