Bolton Food and Drink Festival are mixing it up this year with a menu of brand-new events, and you’re all invited!

Live and let dineThis town loves a celebration and festival organisers have stepped up to the challenge to celebrate the event’s 18th birthday.

Brand-new for this year visitors can enjoy a lavish bottomless brunch session, set in the wonderful Albert Halls complex, taking place Saturday to Monday.

Featuring a delicious brunch and a wide range of drinks and boozy cocktails, what better way to start your day at the festival.

If belly laughs are more your thing, then you’ll love the welcome return of the much-loved Faulty Towers Dining Experience immersive comedy evening, including a yummy 70’s themed 3-course meal.

And after last year’s success, the same team behind the Faulty Towers experience, are bringing a second helping of comedy with their Live and Let Dine dining experience.

In this James Bond parody, prepare to be shaken when theatre meets vendetta, meets dinner show as the hero tries to unravel who's out to get him - and why.

Both set in the luxurious Albert Bar, you are guaranteed an evening of scrumptious food whilst laughing your socks off at the live comedy theatre performance.

These incredible events are all part of one long, fun packed, August bank holiday weekend in Bolton where you can find celebrity chef demos, lots of artisan stalls, live music and bars, children’s entertainment, regional chef demos and street entertainment.

Bolton Council’s Executive Cabinet Member for Culture, Cllr Nadeem Ayub, said:

“18 festivals later and I’m thrilled that we are still finding new and exciting events to include at Bolton Food and Drink Festival to entertain visitors.

"Providing value for money events is so important in supporting our communities and local businesses, boosting the cultural offer, as well as enhancing the experience for visitors."
