Bolton Council has relaunched its official tour guide website as the town continues to welcome back visitors and show off everything the borough has to offer.
Visit Bolton brings everything you need directly to one convenient place, including things to do, places to see, where to eat, shop and stay, and how to get the very best deals.
It is the perfect companion for Bolton residents and visitors alike, showcasing upcoming events, including the famous Food and Drink Festival and the thrilling IRONMAN weekend.
These events, alongside the council’s ongoing regeneration masterplan, are helping to make the town centre a more vibrant and exciting place to live, work and visit.
Outside of the centre itself, the borough has plenty more for visitors to enjoy with easy access to stunning countryside and ongoing council investment in the district centres.
Bolton Council’s Deputy Leader, Cllr Hilary Fairclough, said:
“Bolton has always brought in visitors from across the UK and beyond thanks to our spectacular scenery, word-class events and a reputation as one of the country’s friendliest towns.
“The relaunch of Visit Bolton is part of a broader plan to bring even more people to our borough, boost the economy and support local businesses.
“But it isn’t just for tourists, the site is a great place for residents to find the best deals and find great ideas for local days out.”
