Bolton Local Plan - Consultations

Have your say on Bolton Local Plan

Launching at 3pm on Thursday 15th October, the Bolton Local Plan team are consulting on the final stage of the Local Plan. 

The Local Plan is the Council’s plan for how Bolton will grow up to 2042. It says:

• where new homes will be built
• where land for jobs will be
• what roads, schools, health services and green space are needed to go with them the rules used to decide planning

To enable you to make an informed decision on the Local Plan, prior to submitting your response, please visit the Local Plan webpage.  The page will enable you to view the journey of the Local Plan development, the proposals being put forward and the various ways you can feedback your response, including attending one of the consultation drop-in sessions.
