Active Lives Strategy - Have your say

Come along to one of our free Active Lives community events
The Active Lives team at Bolton Council will be showcasing what’s happening in YOUR area, with opportunities to increase your physical activity, move more in your neighbourhood and help improve your health and wellbeing – whatever your age or ability!

We're also keen to hear about what matters to you in YOUR community regarding opportunities to be more active.

What can you expect

• Opportunity to share your ideas for activities in your area
• Free refreshments / food
• Kids arts and crafts
• Discounts and freebies
• Health checks, blood pressure
• Local physical activity providers / sessions / demos
• Local health walks
• Volunteer opportunities
• Free bike assessments, basic repairs

Sessions will be taking place on:

• Tues 24th Jan 2023, 4.00pm - 7.00pm - High St Library (High Street, Bolton BL3 6SZ)
• Mon 30th Jan 2023, 4.00pm - 7.30pm - Castle Hill Youth Centre (Castleton Street, Bolton BL2 2JW)
• Fri 3rd February 2023, 11.30am - 2.30pm - Central Library (Crompton Place Shopping Centre, Bolton BL1 1DF)
• Mon 27th Feb 2023, 4.00pm - 7.30pm - Bolton Arena (Arena Approach Horwich, Bolton BL6 6LB)
