What happens when you receive a notification?
After we receive a notice of demolition we send out a section 81 notice which has conditions that must be followed when the demolition takes place.
Most non-critical services will be closed from 4pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025 and will reopen at 9am on Monday 29 December 2025.
