Starting demolition work
Demolition work should only start after either:
- you have received the section 81 notice
- a period of six weeks has passed since we received your notice of demolition
Most non-critical services will be closed from 4pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025 and will reopen at 9am on Monday 29 December 2025.
