Pest control

In March 2024 the Pest Control service received approval to introduce a free treatment service for rats and mice in domestic properties.

From Tuesday 2 April, residents who own or privately rent their property will be entitled to receive one free treatment of rats or mice within their property, in a 3 month period. Each treatment will consist of an initial treatment and 1 follow up appointment. If you live in a social housing or housing association property, please contact your housing provider.

Appointments will take place between 8am and 4pm and the property occupier must be available at the property between these times.  There must be a person over 18 on site.
