The Wellbeing in the Workplace programme is fully funded by the UK Government’s Mental Health Recovery Action Plan. All the resources are free to access, attend and download.

There are 17 recorded webinars on subjects such as managing stress, nutrition, physical exercise, managing anxiety, sleep and bereavement.
