Dangerous or fallen tree

If you become aware of a fallen, damaged or potentially dangerous tree on council land that is obstructing a road, public footpath or access route, or presents an immediate risk to public safety or property, please report it to the Council as soon as possible.

This includes trees or large branches that have fallen, are at risk of falling, or are causing an obstruction or safety concern.

For urgent incidents, including those occurring outside normal working hours, residents should contact the Council through the appropriate emergency reporting arrangements on 01204 333333.

For general tree enquiries or non-urgent concerns, please contact the Greenspace Service at greenspace@bolton.gov.uk.
