We are currently updating our allotment records and are asking all tenants to confirm their contact details. All registered tenants will shortly receive a letter requesting this information.
Maintaining accurate details is essential to ensure we can keep tenants informed about tenancy matters, billing, site updates, and important announcements. As part of this process, Bolton Council is working towards becoming a more modern, digital service and reducing paper-based communication.
Updating your details will also support planned improvements to allotment site security, including potential changes to gate access arrangements. Please note that access information will only be issued where up-to-date contact details are held and failure to provide accurate information may affect site access.
If you do not receive a letter, please contact us at allotments@bolton.gov.uk. All information provided will be checked and must match the registered tenant’s name and date of birth held on our records.
