In Bolton we have a number of programmes to support people of all ages to eat healthily.
Fun family food and activity sessions - families with 0 to 5 year olds.
Baby’s First Foods sessions

Ten week cooking courses tailored to adults who care for children aged 0 to 5 years old.

The free eight week programme is designed to
- help residents improve their cookery skills
- learn more about healthy eating from a Community Nutrition Worker
- get physically active
- reduce spend on weekly food shopping
To find out more or get involved with the next term either phone us on 01204 333612; email firstname.lastname@example.org or come and talk to Joan in the Food Hall and sample what the class has been cooking that week. The course runs most Tuesdays and Thursdays.
