This data is published quarterly and we aim to publish a month after the end of each quarter to enable us to capture the outcomes for all requests made during that time period.

What does the data show?

• The number of Freedom of Information (FOI) and Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) requests received
• The number of requests closed within the statutory timescales
• The number of requests closed outside the statutory timescales
• The number of requests still open
• Requests with a stopped clock (i.e. clarification or fee notice)
• The number of requests where the information was disclosed in full
• The number of requests where the information was not disclosed (including information not held)
• The number of requests where the information was partially disclosed
• The number of requests where the request was withdrawn or no clarification from the requester was received
• Compliance rate of those responded to
• Number of requests for an internal review
