Thank you to those who have responded to the online survey so far. If you have not, the deadline is Monday 2 June, so there’s still plenty of time for you to complete the survey. 

For those who are not confident completing the survey online: we mentioned there would be an alternative for you, we now have confirmed dates and locations.

On the day

  • Introduce yourself at the Town Hall/Council offices and explain you are here for the taxi survey.
  • You will be directed to meet an interviewer who works for AECOM, they do not work for the local authority and will not be able to help with anything other than completing the survey.
  • The interviewer will ask you the survey questions and record your answers. We expect this will take 15 minutes.  There may be waiting time if the interviewer is with another licensee.
  • Note: This session is ONLY for licensees needing assistance with the online survey. If you have already completed the survey, please do not attend.
