The rollout of the Stage 1 Minimum Licensing Standards and in particular the new Private Hire Operator conditions is nearly complete and following a request from a private hire operator and their representative, the decision has been made to return to a five-year Private Hire Operator Licence from January 2024.
The current fee for a 5-year licence is listed below:
Private Hire Operator – 5 Year Licence New & Renewal: Number of vehicles Cost 1 vehicle £1,428.00 2-5 vehicles £2,284.00 6-10 vehicles £2,284.00 11-15 vehicles £2,713.00 16-50 vehicles £2,713.00 Over 50 vehicles £6,569.00 If you have any questions in relation to this matter please email the licensing team at licensing.unit@bolton.gov.uk
