Processing of applications over the festive period

Ahead of the festive period we are emailing to notify all license holders there may be a delay in processing applications.

Our offices will be closed on 25 - 26 December 2023 and 1 January 2024, between these dates the office will be operating a reduced service.  

To ensure there are no additional delays and your licences are issued in good times please ensure applications are submitted in advance with all supporting documentation required. Driver applications can be renewed 12 weeks before expiry and vehicles 8 week before expiry. 

For any applications received after this period we cannot guarantee that the licence will be issued before expiry.
