BOLTON Council has announced ambitious plans to join its partner authorities in Greater Manchester in making the borough carbon neutral by 2038. To reach this target, major changes must be made to the way people heat their homes.

To find out your views, a month-long online consultation is now underway. The survey will help you find out about low carbon heating methods and choose how you’d prefer to heat your home in the future.

The results will be used to shape Bolton’s plans for reaching carbon neutrality.  For each survey completed we’ll plant a tree!
