Active Travel: Horwich Town Centre

Have your say on cycling and walking improvements in Horwich.

Bolton Council, with support from AECOM, is keen to hear your views on walking and cycling in and around Horwich Town Centre, we especially welcome Bolton resident and business opinions. 

The feedback received will inform the development of an initial scheme concept to support improvements to the walking and cycling network to complement the Horwich Town Centre masterplan and emerging Neighbourhood Plan. The Horwich Town Centre Masterplan has several priority projects, including improvements to Old Station Park that incorporates pedestrian and cycle links. In addition, the emerging Neighbourhood Plan aims to develop safe, attractive footpaths and cycle networks across the town.
