Description

Bolton businesses are being asked to share their thoughts, ideas and priorities around tackling climate change.

In 2019, Bolton Council declared a climate emergency, in common with many other towns and cities in the UK. At the same time, the council committed to a low carbon future by setting an ambitious target to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2030.

Bolton businesses of all sizes across the sectors are being asked to consider the impact of climate change on their business, and what practical support or training they might need to make the shift towards a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future.

The Bolton Vision Partnership – a local partnership that brings together senior leaders from the voluntary, community and faith sector, the private sector, the university, college and schools, health, housing, emergency services and the council – is encouraging businesses across the borough to share their views through a short online survey.

Businesses interested in opportunities with Greenworks are encouraged to visit www.greenworksproject.org

Complete the survey today, improve life in Bolton and move towards a greener future.
