Hulton Park | Consultation

In 2018, Peel L&P secured Bolton Councils’ approval for the restoration and regeneration of Hulton Park and the creation within it of a championship-grade golf course complete with a luxury hotel and new homes on the Hulton Park Estate. Since the approval of the scheme, Peel L&P has taken time to reflect on the feedback received from the community and their partners during the Public Inquiry. Peel L&P recognise the importance of Hulton Park to residents and want to bring forward a scheme that better reflects local knowledge and aspirations for the site.

Peel L&P are now bringing forward a refreshed vision that responds to comments raised in relation to the previous plans. They want to hear the views of the local community. Let them know what you think about their vision. Is there anything you would change? Are there any particular issues you want to ensure that they consider?

To gain further feedback from the community, Peel L&P will be hosting two webinars on Thursday 17th June, 6pm - 7.30pm and Friday 18th June, 11:30am - 1pm.
