'The Big Ask': What do children need to live happier lives?

The Children’s Commissioner for England, Dame Rachel de Souza, is undertaking the largest ever survey of children and young people in England.  

The 'Big Ask' consultation is seeking views from children and young people, as well as their parents and carers, about what children need to live happier lives in the UK.  The consultation is giving a voice to young people, with their thoughts and ideas being shared back to Government.

The survey will take about 5-10 minutes to complete and surveys are broken down into age ranges:

• Aged 4-5 years
• Aged 6-8 years
• Aged 9-12 years
• Aged 13-17 years
• Adults (parents, carers or individuals that work with children and young people) 

Easy read versions of the surveys are also available.
