These are just one of the ways in which the council consults with its service users. The results help us to understand where changes can be made to make our services better. There could be a number of customer satisfaction surveys on the go at any one time, so you could be asked for your views by more than one of the services you use.

You may receive a questionnaire through the post or an online survey via email. You might even be asked for your views over the phone or in person, particularly if you ring our Contact Centre or visit our One Stop Shop.

Please do share your views if asked. Your level of satisfaction is a good indication of how well we are doing.
