Request and pay for an official local authority search
You can use our online forms to request official searches. You will need the following information before you can request a search:
- the address of the property you wish to search for
- a plan showing the extent of the property
- payment details – once you have completed the search request form you will be directed to a payment page before submitting your search request. Payment will be required for a search to be processed and dispatched
Please note, if you require a full search (LLC1 and CON29) you will need to complete each form separately. CON29O and additional questions can be requested using the CON29 search form.
We will return your search results to you by email. We aim to send the search results back within 20 working days.
