The Restart Scheme

The Restart Scheme Logo

The Restart Scheme is part of the government's Plan for Jobs.

Commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions, the programme supports job seekers who have been referred by their Jobcentre Plus Work Coach.

What can the Restart Scheme do for me?

Focused Training

While on one of our programmes, you will be offered training sessions on a wide variety of topics, including CV building, interview techniques, job searching strategy and much more.

You will work with a dedicated advisor for up to 12 months, to tailor a strategy specific to you and your needs, and gain access to local vacancies.

We can help you with:

  • Training Courses
  • Gaining Qualifications
  • Interview skills and techniques

Programme Requirements

  1. In receipt of certain benefits.
  2. Have been out of work for at least 9 Months.
  3. Have the right to reside and enter employment in England or Wales.
  4. Potential participants MUST be referred by their Jobcentre Plus work coach, you cannot self-refer.
