Bolton’s Community Safety Partnership has a statutory duty to bring together local partners and join forces to formulate and deliver strategies to reduce crime, tackle antisocial behaviour and make the borough a safer place. Bolton Safeguarding Adults Boards (SABs) have been set up by local authorities to coordinate the delivery of Adult Safeguarding across agencies. The main objective of the SAB is to assure itself that local safeguarding arrangements and partners act to help protect adults who meet the criteria in its area.

- Greater Manchester Police
- GMCA Police & Crime Team
- Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service
- Probation
- Greater Manchester NHS Integrate Care Partnership
- Youth Justice
- Housing Providers, and
- The Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise sectors
