- order in person at the register office at the One Stop Shop in Bolton Town Hall. Our opening times are Monday to Friday: 9am – 12.15pm and 1.30pm – 4pm.
- a counter priority service is available where certificates ordered by 12 noon will be ready for collection by 3pm the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be available the next working day.
