Bolton’s main market is located on Ashburner Street, right in the heart of the town centre. The market has a growing reputation as the premier food market in the North West. Non-food traders have been temporaily relocated onsite to units adjacent to the main customer car park- so shoppers can still find all their favourites at this venue.

This lively market features an in-store cookery demonstration kitchen with a programme of regular cooking events and seasonal food tastings to add to the shopping experience.
