Removal of parks and open spaces

We will display the intention to remove any area of public open spaces such as parks, sports pitches, gardens, playgrounds, recreation grounds and vacant lots in the local press for two weeks under Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.

We will also have the plans available showing the approximate position and affected area at the One Stop Shop in the Bolton Town Hall, during this period. A charge may be payable if you request a copy whilst you’re there.  A copy of the notice will also appear on this page.
 

Notices

Any objections or representations about a suggested disposal should be made in writing to the addresses listed in each notice no later than the day of expiry, addressed to 'The Borough Solicitor'.
