If your debt has been passed to the enforcement agents they can take goods that belong to you.
They will also charge the following costs.
- compliance stage £75.00
This fee includes sending you letters and processing payments
- enforcement £235 plus 7.5% for any debt over £1500
The fee includes first visit to your property and any other work carried out at this stage
- removal of goods £110 plus 7.5% for any debt over £1500
This fee includes first visit to your property to remove goods which will be sold at auction
