A still birth should be registered at the Register Office in Bolton Town Hall.
A medical certificate of still birth will issued by the doctor or midwife and sent electronically directly by the hospital to the register office.
If you have been given a paper copy of the certificate by the doctor or midwife you should bring it to the appointment.
