Want to try something new? Want to challenge yourself? Want to get out and about?

Our qualified and experienced staff offer opportunities to take part in both water and land based activities.  This is your chance to try kayaking, canoeing, sailing, raft building, gorge walking, bell boating, climbing, abseiling, walking, archery, mountain biking, grass sledging, canal trips, orienteering, residentials and camping.

Please see our Outdoor Learning and Adventure brochure.

These activities can help you learn new skills and provide the opportunity to gain locally and nationally recognised awards, including the Duke of Edinburgh Award.

As well as offering activities in term time we offer exciting and challenging opportunities during the holidays where children and young people can take part in our extensive programme.

Climbing wall

Our popular 6 metre climbing wall offers a variety of climbing experiences that can challenge a range of abilities. Our qualified and experienced staff can help individuals reach their potential. The wall can be adapted to suit all young people including those with disabilities.

Our mobile fleet will be out whatever the weather - there's no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing!

Duke of Edinburgh Award

The Duke of Edinburgh Award offers the opportunity for young people aged 14-25 at Bronze, Silver and Gold.  The sections of this award - Sport, Skill, Volunteering, Expedition and residential (gold award) - help you develop confidence, self-esteem and skills that will benefit you throughout life.

This prestigious award will look good in your record of achievement and on anyone's CV!
