  • Acknowledge your email within 24 hours for published email addresses and reply within 14 calendar days unless we advise an alternative timescale.
  • Provide access to good quality information online, 24 hours a day
  • Provide access to a wide range of services online so that you can access the services yourself, 24 hours a day
