We promise to….

Put our customers’ needs at the heart of everything we do and provide over 800 services, from looking after Bolton’s parks, schools and public facilities to providing clean and safe neighbourhoods.

To help you quickly we will:

  • Answer your call within 30 seconds
  • Greet you on arrival at reception points and deal with your enquiry within 15 minutes
  • Reply to your letter within 14 days
  • Acknowledge your email within one working day and reply within 14 days

If we can’t help you, we will find out who can.

We will always:

  • Listen to you
  • Respect the confidentiality, privacy and security of your information
  • Treat you fairly
  • Provide the service in the way you want it including; minicom, website, audio, interpretation, braille and sign language
  • Tell you how long it will take to deliver the service you need
  • Ask you for feedback

Our commitment is to be helpful, polite and treat you with respect and we hope for the same in return. You can also help by clearly explaining your query and providing all the information we need to help you. If you can’t attend ay appointment let us know in good time and we can rearrange.
